When you reach level 41, you can participate in the Sky Competition.
The Sky Competition is a battlefield where victory is obtained by scoring points against the Black Herald bosses within a certain amount of time.
※ Up to 25 people can participate in each faction.
Background Story
The invasion of Inventus by the Black Heralds marked the start of the great conflict in Harth. The invading forces were at first repelled by the two factions (Vulpin and Ontari) who were the protectors of the Harth continent.
However, the Black Heralds were strong and the two factions lost their military power in a short time. The two princes of the Factions decided to unite forces in order to fight the Black Heralds off. After a heroic battle, the war was won and the Black Heralds were pushed back to Inventus.
Soon, the two factions discovered the important resources that the Sky Area holds and broke off the truce. Since then, the Sky Competition has been a conflict area and the two factions continue their battle over resources.
Battlefield Configuration
Zone
When the competition starts, the bosses' information is displayed on the map.
You can check the points and the current health status of the bosses through the World Map [M] or the UI on the right side of the Sky Competition area.
Field-Only Items
Once a day, you can acquire the following battleground exclusive items through the daily quests that can be obtained at the base of each faction.
[Runecloth] Night's Tale
→ A 40 seconds stun effect is applied.
→ The first 5 seconds will not be applied if the player is in a hiding state.
→ When a battle begins in a hiding state, then the hiding will be canceled.
[Runecloth] Mine
→ Install a 4-meter radius mine that will last for one minute at the location where it was used.
→ When an enemy touches a mine, it explodes and deals 400% damage.
→ It can hit up to 5 enemies and hitting multiple enemies will split the damage of the mine.
Smoke Burning Charcoal
→ Shoots smoke in a 20-meter radius for 30 seconds to cover the view of the field.
→ You can target any object in the smokescreen.
How To Proceed In The Battlefield Competition
Entry
The Sky Competition runs between 21:00 and 24:00 every day.
When it is time to enter the battlefield, the original text of the competition will appear on the windy rocky mountain or the gate of the hands.
You can enter the Sky Competition area through the original notification.
You can participate via the World Map [M] even if you match before the Sky Competition according to the battlefield entry time.
After a waiting time of up to 3 minutes after entry, the competition starts.
Progress
The battlefield lasts for up to 20 minutes.
When the boss is destroyed or the time is over, the highest-ranked faction wins.
The bosses will award a score to the higher contribution side.
Bosses
The bosses have different characteristics and they welcome the players who participate in the competition. You can acquire various items for each boss as a reward.
Arquin/Arquina
1) They have a score of 10 and are flying in the air.
2) You can acquire the essence of Arquin/Arquina.
3) If you acquire the essence of Arquin/Arquina, you receive a special buff.
★ Arquin/Arquina Wings
→ Movement speed increased by 20%.
Citizen/Domina
1) It has a score of 10 and is on the ground.
2) You can acquire the essence of Citizen/Domina.
3) If you acquire the essence of Citizen/Domina, you receive a special buff.
★ Blade of Citizen/Domina
→ Attack speed increased by 20%.
Keilon
1) It appears when the health of Tomas falls down to 70%.
2) It has a score of 10 and is flying in the air.
3) It is flying at a higher altitude than other airborne bosses, it appears in a random position and is not displayed on the map.
4) You can acquire the essence of Keilon.
5) If you acquire the essence of Keilon, you receive a special buff.
★ Shield of Keilon
→ Increases PVP defense by 10% (eliminates effect when leaving battlefield).
Yako
1) It has a score of 10 and is flying in the air.
2) You can acquire the essence of Yako.
3) If you acquire the essence of Yako, you receive a special buff.
★ Yako's Ambition
→ Increases the damage done to bosses by 30%.
Joya
1) It has a score of 10 and is flying in the air.
2) You can acquire the essence of Joya.
3) If you acquire the essence of Joya, you receive a special buff.
★ Joya's Tactics
→ PVP damage increased by 10%.
Tomah
1) It has 25 points and is on the ground.
2) You can acquire the essence of Tomah.
3) If you acquire the essence of Tomah, you receive a special buff.
★ Tomah's Greed
→ Increase the probability of gold and item drop for 30 minutes.
Rewards
If you win the Sky Competition, you will acquire 30 Faction Seals.
Even if defeated, you can acquire 10 Faction Seals.
The factions that killed the bosses can obtain rare rewards at random.
