Housing Types
The general house is in the instance space and will be provided free of charge when you complete the first step quest for pioneering the sky.
Luxury houses are private homes built around Harth. Costs and taxes arise when purchasing.
You can check the location of the luxury house by checking the "cost of purchasing the luxury house" from the World Map filter.
Purchasing Cost
1) Luxury House
→ When you move in, you have to pay a different amount for each area.
2) General House
→ There is no cost when you first move in.
→ If you move from a luxury house to a general house, you will get a small amount of money back.
Taxes
1) Luxury House
→ Tax is levied on a weekly basis.
→ If you do not pay taxes, you will be forced to move to a residential unit.
2) General House
→ Tax does not occur.
Differences In Housing Types
There is a difference in the function of luxury houses and general houses.
Production Facility
1) Luxury House
→ The first 8 production facilities will be provided.
→ Thereafter, they increase by 2 by each house level.
2) General House
→ The first 6 production facilities will be provided.
→ Thereafter, they increase by 1 by each house level.
Supplies Procurement
1) Luxury House
→ Up to 2 emergency tasks per day / 10 general tasks.
2) General House
→ Up to 7 general tasks per day.
Housing Appearance
1) Luxury House
→ There are four types of exterior - two one-storey houses and two two-storey houses.
2) General House
→ All the same one-storey house.
Luxury Housing Benefits
1) Basic Benefit
→ You lose less experience when you die at the hunting ground where your home is located.
2) Combat Advantage
→ When you battle with monsters, you gain increased experience points and item drop rates.
3) Collecting Benefit
→ Collecting the items in the field will result in additional Earth Essence.
→ Obtain more harvesting items.
→ Decreases the amount of vitality required to collect.
Buying Luxury Houses
1) Look for luxury houses without residents.
2) If you find a luxury house without a resident, check the tax information in the residence status board and the contract.
